Website Tips

Event Registration:
If you are an AIE member registering for an Event and you cannot recall your Sign In details, and don’t want to go through the ‘Forgotten Username and Password’ facility provided, do not use ‘Create a new account’ as you will be entered into the system again, but this time, as a non member and you will not be able to register at the discount Member rate.  The new entry will be treated as a mailing list branch contact only. Instead, please ring 1800 629 945 and you can register manually and also be advised of your correct ‘Sign In’ details for the future.

The same applies to non members already on the mailing list.  If you cannot recall your Sign In details to make a booking, please use the ‘Forgotten Username and Password’ facility or phone 1800 629 945 rather than create duplicate entries.

Update Your Profile Details:
The same principle applies for AIE members and mailing list contacts. In order to update your details you must ‘Sign In’ and go to ‘Update Your Profile’ from the Home page .  Do not use ‘Create a new account’ with the new details as the computer will not recognise you as a current member or contact and you will have two entries – one as a member or contact  with your old details and a second as a separate ‘mailing list’ only contact with your new details. In this situation, either use the ‘Forgotten Username and Password’ facility or phone 1800 629 945.

Once you have received your ‘Sign In’ details we strongly recommend you ‘Update your profile’ by changing your Username  to your email address and your Password to something you can readily remember in future.
