Brisbane Hydrogen Division Meeting
The recently formed Hydrogen Division of The Australian Institute of
Energy (AIE) held its inaugural Brisbane meeting in on Thursday
27th . Some 20 AIE members and associates attended.
The meeting was held to:
1. Explain objectives of the Division
2. Outline the Division’s activities
3. Initiate discussion on current Hydrogen Energy Projects in
Queensland
4. Promote AIE Membership
5. Form a Queensland AIE Hydrogen Division Committee
The Guest Speaker was Mr Graeme Findlay Manager Clean Fuels from BP who
made an informative presentation on the future of hydrogen as a viable
energy source.
Following the meeting a Queensland AIE Hydrogen Committee was formed
which will be chaired by Dr.Andrew Dicks.
