SA ENERGY PROJECT OF THE YEAR AWARD 2018 - CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
The South Australian branch of the Australian Institute of Energy is delighted to open its Call for Nominations for the 2018 Energy Project of the Year Award and 2018 Young Energy Professional Development Award.
The Call for Nominations is open until 5:00pm (ACST) on 27 May 2018. Nominations can be made by organisations or individuals respectively.
Award winners will be announced at the AIE SA Annual Awards Dinner on 1 August 2018.

AIE SA Energy Project of the Year
The Australian Institute of Energy (South Australia Branch) (AIE) is presenting this new, annual award for the most significant and successful energy-related project over the past 12 months.
Projects may include any professional discipline that has contributed to energy related outcomes such as research, policy, legal, commercial, engineering and construction etc.
AIE SA Young Energy Professional Development Award
The Australian Institute of Energy (South Australia Branch) presents an annual award to a Young Energy Professional (up to the age of 35) to facilitate the recipient’s attendance at an energy event of global significance.
In 2018, the YEP Development Award is a prize to enable attendance at an event nominated by the successful candidate. It includes air fares, accommodation and event registration up to the value of $5,000 (GST exclusive).

The South Australian Branch of the Australian Institute of Energy (AIE) is the leading energy-focused professional institute in South Australia. The 2018 Awards Dinner offers both AIE members and non-members an opportunity to network with energy industry peers, discuss industry issues and celebrate successes of the energy industry throughout the past year.
Newcastle Chemical Engineer and Energy Researcher Professor Terry Wall has been awarded the prestigious Baragwanath Award by the Australian Institute of Energy.
