AIE Perth - HYDROGEN - The Challenges & Opportunities
Venue: Parmelia Hilton Hotel
Date: Mon 18 Mar 2019 @ 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm AWST
Hydrogen is undergoing a renaissance. While electrolysers have been turning water into hydrogen for hundreds of years, supporters of hydrogen suggest it could now be the fuel of the future.
The potential to turn the world’s most plentiful liquid into a fuel source provides many opportunities. Hydrogen could act as storage for intermittent renewable energy and pave the way for reduced emissions transportation and liquid fuels.
Hydrogen could displace some conventional gas or completely replace transportation fuels. It could be harnessed using today’s infrastructure or lead to a complete repositioning of infrastructure to support a total hydrogen economy.
The potential for hydrogen is huge – but will it live up to the hype? Join our national and international hydrogen experts to hear more about what this exciting fuel has to offer.
