Constitution
The new Constitution and By-Laws of the
the Institute were adopted at the AGM in Canberra on 23 November 2004.
These replace the former Memorandum and Articles
of Association and By-Laws.
The intent was to update our governance documentation in line with
current commercial practice and to reflect changes from the time of our
formation under the NSW Companies Act (1961) to our governance now under
the Commonwealth Corporations Act (2001) and its regulations.
